Lane Rewards by Lane Bryant

Three stars because yes it works. But not 4 or 5 stars because it’s not an app it’s a web browser that only browses lane Bryant. No quick navigation to wishlist or sales.

The app is just a shortcut to the website within the app. It is super slow and sometimes unusable. It is 100% faster and easier to just use a web browser. I sometimes go back to the app hoping it will improve but it hasn’t. Grrrrr.

This app is horrid and always has been. It’s easily the worst app I engage with. Primary annoyance: I click on something and about 30 seconds later it loads the page which because it takes so long makes me feel like my click didn’t register so I click again… only if DID register it just took a half century to load. Only now that I’ve clicked again on the same link spot, once the link loads, my second click opens up some unwanted item that happens to be in the spot where I clicked on the first page! The worst is the “back” button… I set my filters for my size and all that and if I look at an item and want to go back to the filtered list, if I hit “back” once but it takes so long I worry my click hasn’t registered so I click “back” again and now I’m at the page BEFORE my filters and I have to establish my filters again. Massively annoying! Literally none of my other shopping apps behave like this, just Lane Bryant. I keep waiting for it to improve and it’s as bad as ever. Clothes 5 stars, App 0 stars.

This app is so slow. You’ll click on something and it takes such a long time to load that you’ve clicked back to the beginning. I’m a patient person… and this is so slow. I keep looking for an update to increase the speed… nothin. I love LB and love their clothes, but they’d have way more of my $$ if their app wasn’t so slow.

It’s so frustrating being kicked out of a category over and over again and back to the home page. Then being signed out often just to start back over. Hire a better software company!

The slowest app I have ever used. This app has major lag issues. I will clivk on my cart and it takes a full minute if not more to load. Then, if I want to go back to another page the same thing happens. I am currently using the latest version of ios, but this has been the same on every version as well as in the android app.

Pro: great store for plus size women Cons: the app is terrible, it’s constantly crashing and it’s annoying when it freezes. You’d think they’d fix the issue but they continuously have the same issues. Like I said the store is great to buy for plus size but this app is terrible

This app is so frustrating. Logging in is such a pain, not user friendly in general.

I absolutely hate the app. It’s so slow and glitches. I have to close the app and start all over again to get to actually purchasing anything. In order to apply Lane Bryant cash or any discount I have to log in again and again even though I click the keep me logged in box. The app freezes. It is so frustrating that most of the time I just give up and don’t order anything. I know that the advice will be to make sure everything is up to date and it is.

This app needs some serious upgrades because it is not convenient or easy to navigate. I only use to pay my card. I shop online in the browser now because that is more convenient. Even then it doesn’t create a good shopping experience. Many occasions I’m browsing the app and it freezes. I’ve tried to check out and it keeps asking me to sign in over and over. I just go in circles with the process. Awful app.
