Takes our money but doesn’t update the app. Do not waste your money! As other reviewers have written that are over a year old, the parent company obviously doesn’t want to keep up with iOS updates.

I get a little ways into the game and it crashes every time. I even tried to download it again and same thing happens. Waste of my money.

The game is not working.

Crashes as soon as I get past the fire. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

i bought this, and i played for 10 minutes and now it won’t even let me play. i’ll hit play and it says ‘ this request can’t be completed right now ‘ and won’t let me play. i definitely want my money back.

It’s fun, cool, and spooky but I played until the cut scene when the scarecrow ran away after you put the rug on the fire and it said were sorry your request could not be completed

The game was working perfectly fine up until 20-30 minutes into the game. Went to support and did every option available to help with the crashing. Feel like I wasted money. It seems like a really interesting game, it’s disappointing I couldn’t finish it.

I purchased this game and several others at the same time. This is the only one to give me any trouble. Told to reinstall it but freezes up after getting to the same spot. Pinged Apple but they said nothing they can do about it. Pinged Big Fish to no response. Guess I just eat the loss. Last time that’ll happen. Goodbye Big Fish Games. Oh how the mighty have fallen. 🤬🤬🤬

Just when I was getting in to the story too. Get two gears that say please wait and then sends me to a splash page about extras. I got the collectors edition as well. Acting like I just downloaded the freebie and to play more I have to pay more. You don’t own the game anymore the game owns you. If they’re gonna Company Store me I’ll take my time and money elsewhere. Big Fish games used to be really fun to play. Now somebody at corporate got the ‘bright idea’ to go freemium and let you play for a little bit and then lock you out. I used to love the company. Mystery Case Files and the rest of the HOG’s used to be worth the money. Now they’ve taken a dark turn. Hopefully, they’ll go back to their roots and stop all this ‘micro pay’ stuff to continue gaming. It’s deceptive and bad for the company and their image in the long range n.
