Leasematic delivers an intuitive, full featured, accurate and aesthetic app capable of simple to complex auto lease and loan calculations. Save, edit, copy, delete, compare, share and switch between your deals on the fly. Produce informative breakdown/summary screen detailing how cap cost, monthly payment and all other key figures were calculated – then email or AirDrop the output to your dealer or client!

- Calculate lease and loan payment on your iPhone/iPod Touch using an intuitive and polished interface
- View summary of calculations like a dealer/broker worksheet!!! A must have for negotiations and understanding the lease/loan structure!!!
- Save all your deals and easily browse them. Great for buyer shopping around or a dealer/broker handling multiple deals on your iPhone
- Share (export/import) your saved deals by emailing or via AirDrop to your dealer, client or friend
- Compare your saved deals against each other 
- Use step by step wizard to guide you through the process!
- Handle Sales Tax scenarios for all States including the complex States that don't simply tax monthly payments! Just select your state and Leasematic knows the applicable sales tax alternatives. Including all the complex scenarios of capitalizing sales tax using mathematically correct formulas. You can even edit sales tax calculation rules for any state right from the App.

For anyone that leases vehicles, and actually knows and understands how auto leases work - this app is amazing.. For a bit, I thought it had been removed from the App Store because it didn't restore when I got my new phone - Phew. There is nothing else that meets the functionality and ease of use with this app.

Looking to lease an equinox today. I plugged in the numbers and I came up with $325 month with $500 out of pocket.  Sales manager came back with $385 month.  After questioning his numbers, MF, residual and rebates, I found he was charging $1k over sticker and padded some other numbers, then he offered $319 month.  This app is supper easy and just helps keep the dealers honest and gives you a better understanding how they get to the final price, wish I found this app 10 car leases ago.

This is probably the best car payment app calculator out there. The only problem is you can’t landscape it on the iPad and it’s a big problem especially with the magic keyboard.

The App doesn’t give you an option to lower down payment which set be default. I usually pay $0 Down. Why it asks for my state if I have to fill tax manually? 
This app should be free, Payed app has to be better.

This app is pretty accurate and allows to add most of the fields that dealers put in their worksheet. Takes one run through with a dealer to try and organize things in your head the first time but the app guides you well for that task. 

Suggestion:  I wish the total cost of lease calculated at the end reflects the cost of trade in. It can be misleading if you just look at the number currently

The creator’s input was invaluable throughout the difficult process of car leasing/buying, and the app was essential for keeping the car agents accountable and honest!
