Lenovo Link Pro

Crashes as soon as I click log in (after registering and entering name/password correctly). On the bright side, it doesn’t crash if you enter the wrong password.

It is really good settings but sometimes it doesn’t wanna work

Not at all user friendly, can’t connect devices, won’t connect to Alexa , servers always busy. Junk

I’ve done plenty of Smart lamps of getting them setup and working with Alexa and/or Google. Most Smart lamps are straight forward, which the Lenovo appeared to be in their instructions, but app didn’t allow an easy go at it. Multiple times doing the proper reset and following instructions just to wait 2 minutes and have app not recognize my network and have to try again. I will not buy any more Lenovo lamps when I need to add a Smart lamp.

App can’t seem to pair or connect to my smart plug, even though my phone’s network can connect to it. Old app was awful but apparently this one isn’t any better.

This app used to work great on Android. Not sure what I’m doing wrong!

I don’t know what’s this need to have to be connected to an account in order to connect anything, and then to make matters worse the “servers are busy” so you can’t connect to your account anyways.

This app used to be great. I can no longer link it to my google home account. Every time I attempt to link the two together, the app takes me to the instructions for linking them. This is very frustrating. To make it worse there is not a way to communicate to Lenovo on their support webpage to get the issue resolved. Scooob78

Has not worked once. I've created multiple accounts trying to get it to work. I've tried to log in and have not been able to. Requested 'verification codes' 4 times. It takes 3 hours to get the codes and they never work. Ever. Gave up and threw the bulb in the trash.

Plugs do not pair with the app. The instructions in the app reference an older model and don’t match the device or the ones in the package. I also needed to retype the wifi password every time I retried to pair the plugs. Will be returning the plugs and wish I could return the wasted time.
