I use this app with my trainer and overall it’s decent but some of the bugs drive me insane and need fixed asap! It will routinely freeze half way through workouts and require rebooting, will stop ‘ticking’ the boxes as I finish sections, will log things twice when I tap once on nutrition, will randomly mess up my step syncing and many other small annoying things. Please sort it out!

### *---- "AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
I started a monthly payment plan with Matt Pilmore via this app, when I asked to put my subscription on pause (only for a week, not expecting to use the app until I’d paid for it again, was also happy to continue paying £125 a month indefinitely after the delayed payment) due a personal issue I was met with not only hostility and a feeble excuse about Lenus would not allow this (if this is the case then its definitely not a good idea to have any kind of subscription here) but an attempt at emotional blackmail. I then requested to cancel the subscription completely. I was told that the subscription would be cancelled but I would need to pay for another month. I told Matt that I would not be paying for a product that I have not used and that I would not be using anyway now (can you imagine me asking this man for any kind of advice after the exchange I’d had with him?). I asked him not to contact me again and blocked him on all platforms and cancelled my bank card. That was 3 days ago. Yet every single day since then he has attempted to take £125 out of my account (apparently Apple Pay will update my bank details to them no matter how many times I order a new card). I have spoken to the fraud team and they recommended speaking to Apple and will keep an eye out for future attempted payments.

Really consider whether it’s worth signing with any kind of subscription here. You may end up with a bully who literally only cares about money and not your wellbeing.

i am getting really annoyed at this app, i have tried logging in with my email yet it says it’s incorrect even when its right ive even tried 3 other emails all correct and it does not work!!! 
it keeps continuing to say how its invalid when it isnt??

App for coach interface in general is good but I do think it should have a MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch integration, it only has the Apple health integration so it does track steps and but not directly from my Apple Watch so it’s a bit of long way round for a short cut.

I also have to keep going to my phone to track my session and weights, which is difficult with the signal is poor at my local gym. It would be better if I could do this on my watch. 

Also it would be handy to edit chat content if you make a mistake or be able to download some of the information out of the chat.

The app is great and has some great features. However, it continuously crashes which lets the app down. There is also no way to stop this and you have to wait it out until it decides to work again. Other than that if it did not crash then it would have great potential.

Good app and interface is great but it could benefit from being linked to my fitness pal so that you can scan barcodes worldwide as there is limited food options and it’s a bit annoying having to then work out exacts for each food.

I asked to cancel 4 months in a row, and it never got cancelled. I’m out £600 now. Users need the ability to cancel themselves otherwise I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Extremely disappointed

App is great and easy to use. Sometimes when I switch apps it restarts my workouts so that can be annoying. They should also make a app for the Apple Watch. That would be amazing

### ****- "Steadily improving with each release"
For beginners it’s a straight forward experience that is great for getting you going. 

For more seasoned fitness folk it still needs some refinement, but I can see that they are improving the functionality with each release, which shows they have a team who care.

My main improvements would be:

1. Ability to add comments during/after sessions - for my own benefit, or as feedback for my coach

2. Offline Mode - my gym has poor gym connectivity in the areas I work out. This means I can’t use the App when this happens. 

3. Image optimisation - a lot of the header images are dark and some of the the back arrow is black so it’s hard to view. 

4. Dashboard - very minimal, would be nice to see some additional information.

All in all this is a solid app.

So I started only three weeks ago with Lilly and I was so unhappy with my self and the way I looked and honestly I can’t believe how easy the work plan and diet plan is to follow and I’ve already lost nearly half a stone! I can’t wait to see the end results I couldn’t thank Lilly enough! X x

Of all the fitness apps I’ve experienced on the market, this is bar far the best I’ve experienced to date.

### *---- "Disappointingly basic"
This app has potential but in the short time I’ve used it (6 weeks) I’ve found it entirely underwhelming, especially when compared with with its rivals. Simple things like having no rest timer built in to manage time between sets and being unable to add any of your own exercises on the user’s end (for example, if you can’t get on the equipment you need you could an alternative). There are significant sync issues between my trainer sending new plans and them actually being received and updated on my end. When following the meal plans, the macros entered don’t match up with the macros on MyFitnessPal (which I have to use in conjunction with this as there is literally no ability to log food or track calories in any way) meaning that I missed my goals by up to 900 cals on some days last week. From now on I simply won’t bother using it as I don’t trust it to give me accurate nutritional information. Combined with no synchronisation with Apple Health, this leaves the app decidedly half baked at best, I even have to manually enter my average number of steps I’ve done each week when making a checkin entry for my trainer to see. Having worked as a PT myself I would not recommend this to either trainers or clients.
