This app keeps logging me out. It is poorly optimized. The search function does not work properly, sometimes zooming in on the map and pressing on options does not work. Good concept horrible maintenance. UI needs major improvements as it is filled with errors and bugs. Sometimes I have to delete and re-download the app for basic functions to work, like venues simply appearing.

Agreed the idea is amazing and convenient for business people avoiding traveling to the office.
But false information on the website specifically when they write unlimited water & coffee, on the venue they asked me to pay for the second cup of water and saying it is limited for 2 times only.
Customer services replied my questions after 24 hours with an attitude like that’s what we have can i help you with something else.

I tried to cancel before the renewal as I won’t be using it for a while but the app told me I don’t have an active membership however when I tried to remove my credit card, it didn’t allow me to remove my credit card saying that I still have an active membership (Confusing, yes). I raised it to support team but then shortly afterwards app already charged me for next month’s membership. I tried to raise that point. Just that point. But support staff canceled my subscription immediately instead. A bit shocked. I still had to pay for the month. Though, I still have the credits. It didn’t solve the point I raised however I just had to settle for it as it was best case from that point. Not sure it should be the proper procedure to handle these cases.
