I have used this app once and never did again. Didn’t subscribe but now I just got deducted with an amount of PHP 1,290. I was very surprised when I saw it on my invoice. When I checked this app on my XR, it was even been uninstalled. How could I still be charged if it was uninstalled? This is so disappointing. I hope the management would look into it and refund my money.
Before using the application on February 23rd, it says that you can use it for a FREE trial period. I signed up just to check if the application would work fine to my expectation in which it did not so I unsubscribe and uninstall it right away after seeing how complicated how to use the application. However, to my surprise, the application already deducted the payment from my credit card without asking for my permission. I did not even purchased the application with such kind of expensive subscription fee. This is outright fraud and scam and I would like to refund what they took from my credit card.

Works just as expected.
So much easier than carrying around a real level.
