Introducing the new Lexus Link+ , a set of connected and remote services designed to make life easier for owners of a connectable Lexus model.

Communicate and manage your car wherever you are using the Lexus Link+ app on your smartphone. Find your car, precondition your car’s cabin temperature remotely, optimise your driving style, receive driving analytics, service reminders and maintenance notifications – and so much more.

- SAVE TIME FINDING YOUR CAR: Forgot where you parked your Lexus? Locate it easily with Find My Car.¹

- SPOT YOUR CAR IN A CROWD: Can’t find your Lexus in a busy car park? Tap Hazard Lights to quickly locate it with a flash of your car’s hazard lights. ¹

This has to be the worst vehicle app I’ve ever had! The only thing I can do with it is basically book a service appointment! I came from a landrover to a Lexus NX 300h and the landrover app is far superior!
I’m so disappointed with this app! I can’t even see how much fuel o have, can’t see if the vehicle is locked, There is just No point on it whatsoever! Come Lexus Pull your finger out!!! I was under the impression that Lexus was a premium flagship vehicle but they can’t even produce an app that does something!!!

Lexus Link+ is an absolute waste of time. It is thoroughly unreliable and unpredictable, sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn’t. Such a disappointment from what I’m told is a luxury car maker. The poor performance of the App is enough to make me return to Mercedes when it’s time to change the car.

Where do I start? I am lucky if I can connect - it's so intermittent.   It never tells me the exact mileage and power remaining - it's showing 10.30 yesterday and I wanted to check for today!  I keep on having to log in - for some reason it keeps doing this despite choosing option to keep me connected!  The service area keeps telling me my car is overdue when in fact it was serviced as per schedule!  There is no point having a luxury brand car if the support via the app is poor - it's lets the brand down.  Please spend some time and money getting this app right!

The ability to unlock the car remotely is disabled if you use the key to lock the car, making it an absolutely pointless feature. You have to use the app to lock the car if this is going to work. Frustrating at best. Appears typical of Lexus annoyingly poor use of technology.

Honestly, every single time I turn the car on I’m reminded how useless the tech on both the Lexus rz300e is and how pointless this app is.  The car rarely if ever recognises my user profile.  The seat memory function works 25% of the time.  It’s 50/50 whether Apple car play will connect.  Whether or not it connects the voice activation will not ever work with the phone.  The closest it gets to working is if Apple CarPlay does by some miracle connect and I physically press the Siri button to make a call.  The app constantly logs you out, provides inaccurate information or information from hours before.  No charging status updates.  No notifications despite them being on.  None of the remote features from the app work.  At this point the “features” of the app are a pie in the sky dream.  They don’t work.

I am buying my 4th Lexus car and this is the first time that I would be able to use an app. Sadly the app will not accept my VIN No to allow car to be registered on the app. I have tried to contact support for the app but no response after 2 weeks. As people have said previously you would expect a company like Lexus would have a 5 star and good support on hand.

Quality is clearly not in Lexus’s wheelhouse. What will it take to actually listen to feedback from customers about the substandard performance of this app? For years we have been screaming for app quality, yet you push out bland useless, non responsive content. Miles away from competitors yet you feel obliged to charge us for a ‘luxury’ product. Fool me once Lexus, you will not fool me again. Quicker I can ditch my NX and any association with Lexus the better for my mental health. Biggest waste of money in my entire life.
