Would be better to have a lock screen widget for iphone and iwatch so you didn’t have to unlock your phone and open the app to see the levels. Would make it alot easier to just look at your watch or Lock Screen.

This app is painful to set up

Hi, my partner has the main app on her phone and I am only viewing/receiving her results. However her main program/app told her not to update her iphone because the app will stop working. Iphone just release version 16.1.1 so could you please update the main app to be compatible please?

Frustrating, trying to register via app, but because the registration view doesn’t resize to fit a 4 inch mobile phone screen, there’s no way to press the confirmation button. How about adding a vertical scroll bar? ——————><———————————- Was able to resolve by registering via main website, then re-authenticating via app to access. Was then able to link to my son’s readings (via invitation). General experience of app is good although some times the notification of readings doesn’t result in the trend line updating?, and readings above 10 don’t appear in the log with a label? Looking forward to when the Libre FreeStyle 2 ships to NZ, and I can set alerts for impending hypos :-)

Easy to read easy to use

I’m using this app to track my husbands blood sugar. It’s always worked perfectly but lately I’ve not been getting current readings. I’ll open the app and it won’t even show a number (- -). It’s at least 30+ minutes behind in alerting me of low blood sugar, which can be extremely dangerous. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and that didn’t fix it.

I’ve been trying to help my mother manage her blood sugar. I feel like I am constantly calling her and asking her what her sugar is at. This connection will make it so much easier to assist her in managing this important health issue.

This app works only half the time, and it often says there's no recent data for hours on end, but my mom's app works just fine (she is who is wearing the sensor). It's frustrating when I'm not able to see her readings. Please fix this issue as it could be a life or death situation. *Instead of just directing everyone to call customer support, please just fix the issue. **Currently it has been 12 hours of no recent data, through this app. Honestly, that's not acceptable. Not sure how this app has the rating that it does. More often than not, the app fails to show the data it should be showing. How am I supposed to keep an eye on my loved one's readings, if the app doesn't work half the time??? *Please fix this issue as I am clearly not the only that this happens to! And customer support is of no help.
