## LibreLinkUp Description
The LibreLinkUp[2] app is a companion app that allows you to monitor[3] and support people who are using FreeStyle Libre systems sensors and compatible an app from the FreeStyle Libre family of apps. You can link up by asking them to invite you in their app.
Whether you’re a family member, friend or co-worker, the LibreLinkUp app helps you monitor and support people in your life so they can continue making progress. Turn diabetes care into a more engaged team effort.
Why LibreLinkUp? 
•	History and insights: See recent history with the glucose graph or review a logbook of readings and alarms.
•	In the minute notifications: carers can set and receive alarms[3] and notifications in the LibreLinkUp app, as well as receive glucose transfer alarms set by connections.

1.	The FreeStyle Libre systems apps are designed to facilitate data sharing between patients and their health care providers and carers.
2.	LibreLinkUp app is only compatible with certain mobile devices and operating systems. Check www.librelinkup.com for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the LibreLinkUp app requires registration with LibreView. 
3.	The user’s device must have internet connectivity for glucose data to automatically upload to LibreView and to transfer to connected LibreLinkUp app users.

Like title. After two hours of activation, the automatic glucose readings stopped working. Tried every methods but none of them works!

Happily been using this app for years with associated Libre Link app as could also use to link 3rd party apps such as Sweat Dreams and Night Scout.

Was really pleased to hear about link with Omnipod and my local health provider in UK moved me to Omnipod 5 and Libre 2+, there the issues started.

You cannot use LibreLink, libreLinkUp or Libre view with Omnipod 5 as it is a closed loop system. There seems to be one transmitter from Libre 2+ to Omnipod.

That means now stuck with Glooko as analysis software and no other links. Closed loop system is a step forward for diabetes health but it really does mean “closed”.

Great app and loving the data I can now access on my I watch, although is it possible to link the Librestyle 2 directly to my I watch without having my I phone in close proximity?

I have received the invitation from my mum through email but the only thing that is in the email is a link to download the app. Downloaded and register, still do not receive the request for receiving the data from the family member. I am using the same email address. This is ridiculously difficult to set up.

I downloaded the app to support the Zoe personalised nutrition programme. 

I’ve spent about three hours trying to get it to work. Firstly I used the login details provided by Zoe. So far so good but it did not allow me to do what Zoe told me to do. I deleted the account and tried again and now I can’t login at all. 

There’s no way to ask for help on the app and no one at Zoe has responded so far either, maybe because it’s a Saturday. I’ve applied the glucose sensor but I can’t connect it. 

If I manage to get some support I will change my review.

I pay for the sensor to have my data. Here you can only see the last 24 hours of data!!!! Can’t sync to Apple health! And any data past 24 hours is permanently lost! Insane! I’m paying to have the data and you don’t give me access to my past data???

This app lets me be in control of my Diabetes and not my Diabetes be in control of me. It’s a shame I cannot get the app to work on my iPad though as that would be really useful.

Connecting was not as intuitive as we would have liked. Maybe in the future you could take advantage of the NFC to easily share data between family members. Love the app and the convenience of sharing and coordinating care.

### ***** "Libre link up - life changer"
Given that less than 100 years ago people pretty much died with a diabetes diagnosis - to this current day where there has been so much developed to help; maybe I have low expectations or maybe I am just so thankful for apps such as this where I can have a degree of peace of mind knowing my child’s levels are within a certain ballpark. An alarm tells me if going low or high (current app allows for changes to where you want level set for alarm as well as off - helpful when sharing care routine) 
Having gone from manual checks at a minimum of 5 times a day - the sensor with this app has been a complete life changer for my son and for us, his family, who would constantly be checking in with him as he had no hypo indicators and would often be relying on us or friends/teachers noticing his lip colour change as he descended into hypo and then find himself in great difficulty to the point  he could hardly carry out checks/injections to now where he can have warning set and take action where needed and all on his phone. 
So dear Developers - thank you, thank you, thank you. You’ve helped more than you can really ever know and the ripple effect from just one of the lives you’ve helped by creating this kind of functionality is so far reaching.

After having had my husband’s glucose readings for a while everything went wrong and I couldn’t receive them. I wasn’t able to get them for months and then all out of the blue they started coming again. I don’t know if the problem was with his updates on his phone or mine but everything is working brilliantly now. It is so reassuring to know his readings when I’m not at home with him. It’s the best thing since sliced bread is what he says, and it is brilliant.

### ****- "Game changing devices"
The libre2 is a game changing device for blood glucose monitoring.  Whilst it does most of what you would want in an iPhone app, what is doesn’t do is to send readings to a smartwatch.  This would be a major enhancement to its use and make it much easier for users to monitor their BG.  I know there are ways to make this happen using other apps, but I’d like to see this feature added to libre, as technically it is not difficult.

Hello, our 7 year old daughter has been diagnosed T1 for 7 months. The Libre 3 is great. 

However please can I suggest that we are able to custom set the alarm sounds. 

After 7 months of the high pitch beep beep we feel that is would be an advantage if we were able to.
