As with LIC as always, even their app is horrible. First of all it doesn’t work after working hours. Then, I can’t login after trying all their methods of logging in. It just says processing your request please wait. When will the Indian nationalised / government agencies catch up with technology???? Why is our experience so horrible even now with these agencies???
Not working properly
Unable to update bank account details for the policy — it always shows a server error. I’m also unable to make the premium payment. The app shows that a payment is due for the policy, but when I click the payment button, it displays “No policy eligible for the journey.” It seems the app was not properly tested before being released to the public. For a large organization, having such an unreliable and user-unfriendly app is quite disappointing and unacceptable.
Please fix the issue . Not loading properly.
LIC is earning so much and yet could not afford to get a decent server which could allow better accessibility.
