I have had 2 deliveries that never appeared, almost always late and something missing at lease 20% of the time (and I’m being generous with that)… then take no responsibility! Lieferando is everything that is wrong with the capitalistic abis that we as a capitalistic society have created.. It is also common knowledge that ye take a cut of the service charge and or tip so any half descent person tips in cash. I hope whoever owns this business does something at least half descent to give back and perhaps I will still have a little faith in mankind however I won’t be holding my breath. Terrible app / layout. No place to put your number so the delivery driver cant actually contact you. There was no live tracking of the order Location. I went to contact customer support it expecting to have access to in app chat (live) instead it brought me to an email. I got a response 48 hours afterwards not much use at that stage. Just take a look at deliveroo app at least yea could steal some basic ideas. Glad I don’t live I live in a country with better apps and delivery Services.

The app it’s self it’s ok I mean gives plenty of options for food and is easy to understand in English. When it comes to help il give this app 0 I had a problem days ago and they did not help in any way still waiting so use at ur own risk but take in mind don’t use ur card use cash cause Ud never get ur money back

Tried to order food, chose a restaurant but upon checking it wasn't available. Checking every other restaurant in the app near me, none of them were open. They're baiting you till checkout, then come with problems. Can't understand how they're still alive as a business

Habe 2:30 h auf das Essen gewartet bis die Bestellung storniert wurde das Restaurant hat die Bestellung nach 2:15 erst bekommen Da die Küche schon geschlossen War wurde es storniert. Werde die App nicht mehr nutzen

Nach dem Update speichert sich die Adresse nicht mehr, somit kann man nicht mehr bestellen! Fixt es endlich!!!

Man kann seit dem Facelift nicht mehr nach Mindestbestellung filtern. Das macht die Auswahl quasi nutzlos, weil ich mich durch jede Anzeige klicken muss.

Wahnsinn, seit dem wir das Restaurant entdeckt haben sind wir begeistert. Sei es zum abholen oder zum liefern, die Qualität ist einwandfrei.

Bis jetzt wurde ich schon so oft enttäuscht von denen. Das Essen kam erst nach 2 Stunden, es ist kalt, falsch usw. Habe diese App jetzt endgültig gelöscht. Es gibt bessere Alternativen wie uber eats. Früher waren sie mal besser.
