I like the programs so far but there’s no way to schedule a lift for the next workout day you have. Example I took yesterday off but I can only do the second workout by going to the day after I did the first one. So say for example I was injured, sick, etc id have to go back and locate the last workout day I had and click the next day to continue the program. It’s a small thing but makes it slightly annoying. That’s the only complaint so far I have!
