Lightspeed Scanner (X)

Signed up, and I’m getting out. Nothing but issues. Took me 6 hours to reach customer service. Their excuse was I’m they had a huge outtage. Run away!

This app does not work well for us. It can’t recognize many bar codes that our USB scanner has no issues with. So far it is too unreliable to be anywhere approaching effective.

Love the app however I wish to have transfer capabilities in app. So I can transfer inventory one store to another in the app. I think u guys will make life much easier if the transfer option added to this app.

Some products have multiple barcodes next to each other and are very small. If you get the code between the guidelines, the camera cannot focus. Move out and you can scan the wrong code. Other than that, it works great.

Horrible Tech Support for new customers trying to set up store. PATHETIC!!!

My first ever five star rating for an app. This does exactly what I need it to do. Fast, simple and makes submitting orders for vendor managed inventory easy.

I love this, I just wish the price came up so I could check that the items were correctly priced by my coworkers while I do my counts.

Could write quite a long review. Fantastic App perfectly integrated with Vend to make this first inventory with their software by far the easiest in 25 years. Multiple counters, with multiple ways to scan input item and count. Counted 2000 SKUs in short time. Thank you

Wish it could read QR codes so that we could use this with our 12,000+ products!!

Wanted to count inventory to send to amazon . This app was the only one and it works very well. I was able to verify that the labels where readable and scan my inventory without buying a scanner.
