Please reply to this review. App has too much problems.
This app is very child-friendly, which i like thats why i gave 2 stars. But the problem is, there’s just too much happening. For example, whenever my child watches the video lesson, it hangs and the video doesn’t continue. Next, when my child reaches the Practice section for Reading and Writing workshop, the writing part just hangs. Also, i think the teacher should speak English. What about the people who speak English and not Chinese? those beginners, who don’t even know how to speak and understand Chinese? There should at least be more English translations! If the teacher cant speak English, there should be subtitles! Overall, to put this simply, this app is too glitchy. I want other beginners like me, to learn Chinese PROPERLY, without all the glitches and stuff. My kid is almost finished with the P1 Level, but she told me she still didn’t learn anything. I hope the developers will reply, because i think the developers just made this app just for us to use, but they aren’t fixing the glitches. Please reply, read and fix this app soon. Thank you!
