You can also order things on the fly from this app as it’s got the store on it as well. Worthless. -- Matt J CA, 2020-07-26 ### ***** "customer service via the internet" i had ordered parts from lance for my slide in wall schwintek! when i got them they were damaged ! i was not hopeful at all to get much help from lance. i emailed lippert for help that evening the next day a lady a miss or Mrs Tamara doesn’t matter with in minutes this customer service person immediately solved the problem ordered the replacement parts and they are being shipped to me . This all happened within minutes. whom ever gets this email i would appreciate you passing it on to a supervisor !!!!!! This is the second time i have been saved by lippert customer service and my only regret is i didn't order it from lippert in the first place i won’t make the mistake again. Most places to place an orders and receive help takes numerous phone calls and many bouts of phone tag. This is not true with lippert the quality of service i have received two times in the past few years is more than just good its great.
