My last order was not good. The pizza was okay but the breadsticks were horrible. They were dry and tasteless. Normally the are buttery and garlic but not this time. I threw them in the garbage and that was money wasted🤬

Say what you want about little Caesars as a food, I am making this one star review to state that this is probably the worst food app I have ever used. it constantly changed the location of my Pizza every time I pushed any button, and stores were unable to communicate with each other with the problem and required me to go through the app to get a refund, even though the app itself does not do refunds or cancellations and you have to call the hotline. It constantly links to out of app web links and is overall a huge drag with no ability to cancel or change orders or locations. I’ve use the app exactly one time and I will never use it again. 

Also when I was on hold trying to get my refund I was on hold for 28 minutes and nobody picked up.
