I paid $19.99 to see watch my kid’s semi final game, it was such poor quality at times you couldn’t read a jersey number and forget about seeing any of his saves in net because the resolution is so low you can’t see the puck at the far ends of the ice. $5/mo would be plenty for this level of quality. This app and these cameras were a good idea but they are such lousy quality and the overpriced subscription makes it more of a joke than anything. Who piloted this setup and was like “yep, that’ll do” Now all these rinks are stuck with these cameras and their 2005 era streaming quality. Do better LiveBarn.

Bought it and I was maybe lucky to watch half the games I wanted. Either cameras out, volume out, sometimes a score board showing and sometimes not. Then they lock out cameras and no one knows who or how to turn them on. At this point I don’t know if I would even pay $5 for it.

Very low quality , iPhone video is much better (to give you and idea ) I subscribed for specific footage and can’t even access it as it glitches , glitches exactly the same on every device I tried and the download . Don’t waste your money . Contacted them and basically got a too bad. For an answer

I paid so I could see a highlight in our final game. The stream cut out and I didn’t get to see it. Fine it happens. But I asked about a refund and was told it wasn’t possible despite the whole purpose of my subscription being to see this one highlight. Really disappointing and they’ve lost my future business because of It.

The reason they want you to sign for a year is because everybody would cancel after a month ! Customer service is not responding and they advertise 7 days a week .., Be careful

Blacked out? Really? I’m paying for a service and being blacked out for the service I’m Paying for? I bought this so I wouldn’t miss my daughters hockey game and the game is on right now but I can’t watch cause it’s blacked out. What a joke.

Charging 26$+ a month for this is highway robbery. 26$ is more than most OF pages. Works average at best. Camera skips over a lot of things. You can only control the camera in panoramic, but even then you can’t tell what’s even happening. Dont understand how we’re in 2024 and there’s still cameras with quality from the dark ages

Poor interface, one camera angle, no slo mo, autopan that doesn’t follow the play, game feeds that just don’t work consistently, incomplete arena coverage, blackout times in the arenas they do have Money down the drain and nothing but frustration & aggrevation Avoid!!!!!
