Doesn’t seem to work properly. We have 4 telephone numbers in our family account but only one can be viewed in the app. The swipe left/right function doesn’t work.

Today I got email about new app update. Even after the update the app still freeze and doesn’t let me swipe between the different numbers I have. Little update! When you swipe through whole width of the screen then is possible to swipe between different plans👍 Still not working perfect but at least is possible to see other things.

App functions in Nov 23 which appears to have been a problem in the past. Not much of an app though, just as easy to log in the web site and get more options. Deleted. Better to have spent the time and money on sorting eSIMs.

Waste of time. Worked for first sign-in then doesn’t recognise you ever again.

Pretty crappy app. All bunching in centre and can’t get my figures. Being kind with two stars.

The overview information is still bunching up in the screen centre.!! I was waiting to see if it was sorted but now loosing patience, it’s a pity as the app is very non fussy but normally gives everything required. I don’t see any reply either that something is being done.

Just signed up to Lobster on web, installed the app. Tried several times to use the app, it will not open, goes straight back to Home Screen after logging in. Hope the phone works better than the app or will not be with using it for long!

Just joined Lobster. I notice that the problem I’m having with login and then it returning me to the main screen, was the same problem people were having a year ago. This could be a very short relationship 💔

Try to log in and the app just closes... useless

If your app doesn’t work, TAKE IT DOWN!!! How better to advertise for your competitors than having an app that doesn’t work :-(
