Localiza Rent A Car

Precisam investir no app. Cheios de falhas, bugs. A empresa é ótima mas o APP deixa a desejar.

They are the only provider where I need to rent, but their website login does not work. It won’t allow me to access my account or bypass my account to make a reservation. I’ve tried changing my password, still nothing. Then I tried the app, looks great but won’t allow me to make a reservation. A company that doesn’t allow you to use their services, truly a failure.

Agilidade, qualidade no serviço e carros em Ótimo estado.

Cheguei 9 minutos atrasado na Agência da Avenida Ana Costa, 271 e vim de outra cidade e mesmo a atendente finalizando o atendimento se recusou me atender alegando que tinha fechado o caixa por sorte tem uma Movida na mesma cidade que resolveu meu problema pois abrem até as 20 horas. 🤬

🇧🇷Reservas feitas pelo 0800 da Localiza não aparecem no aplicativo (e nem no site). 🇬🇧Reservations made by phone will not appear in the app.

Localiza Fast não funciona.

Coloco meu CPF e da erro e não me deixa prosseguir. Instalei, desinstalei e o problema continua.

I tried to use the app to rent a car for the first time and it keeps denying my credit card, the same one I’ve been using with no problems all my vacation. What a waste of the short vacation time I have. I regret every second I lost trying to make something obviously built in a very amateur way to work.

Has to be the most third world app I have tried to use. After setting up an account , filling in all my personal information, picking a car, filling out my credit card information. I find the app too stupid to accept my billing address for the credit card. I hope that someone who writes their app software is smart enough to understand. Not all countries use the same address format. And when you tell them what country you are from it will accept your address

Have made a reservation however app does not see / have my reservation. What is the point of having an app
