This app is not at the same level of the film festival. It is slow, clunky, it takes too much time to find what you’re looking for, you need to log in every time you open the app if you want to see your watchlist, with an accreditation every time you reserve a ticket you need to insert your code, it doesn’t matter if you are already logged in. It seems to get worse every year, not better. I really hope you can develop a decent app for next year, because this one has made my experience at the wonderful film festival a little bit worse.

Why change a good app? - start of the app is one day before festival far too late - one person should not buy the festivalpasses for other persons. Othervise you get punished by confusions between the passes (one person cannot book tickets as the system says, she got already one, also it is only the other person who has one at that time) - wishlist is not usable, not sortable, no picture, etc - my ticket list is not sortable - visible as you book them, cancelled still remain -looking forward for a better and sooner solution next year

Sehr viele Buggs! Ticket Reservation ist wie ein Suchspiel im Urwald. Zum Festivalstart ging gar nichts… Ich musste viele Leute beraten….

Payment is not integrated into the iOS saved cards, thus making the checkout process very annoying (worse than just online). Also, no integration into the iOS wallet. Seems like a cheap (and badly integrated) copy of the webpage. Please put some love into this app!

Either extremely slow, or it freezes completely

This app drives you crazy, does not work even on basic navigations

Very very very VERY Slow. I try not to use it at all. Looking forward to get an update ASAP. THX
