LogTen Pilot Logbook

Paid 40 dollars to purchase this app a few years back and now left with an app that doesn’t run after IOS 11. Can’t help but feel cheated.

i hold the previous version, logten pro, PAYIED 85 euro 5-6 years ago and now is crashing all the time and they do not care!!!!! THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! i do not suggest anyone to be scammed like me!!!!!

Worthless piece of app. Apple should just remove this junk from their store. As a pilot whom has used their previous version of app, I decided to abandon this company as they have not provided any support to their previous versions. They WILL milk you dry. From a one payment app to yearly subscription!! What's up your sleeves next? Stay away from this app. One word for it. IT's RIP OFF!!!

Spent $100 for the previous version of this apples months ago(then a one time fee), now they have decided to drop support for the previous version and started charging monthly fee. Will cease all support for this product.

This used to be a decent logbook until Coradine made it all about money. They used iCloud Drive as an excuse to move to a subscription based model. All previous logten 6 customers were left hanging with broken iCloud sync. Lots of other apps on the App Store updated to iCloud Drive without issue but Coradine refuses to step up. They now advertise free upgrades but it's not, you have to pay US$50/year!!! Plus there's no guarantee they won't increase this fee in future. 50/year for a logbook???? What other features can you possibly add of use? Fly now is useless for anyone who flies for an airline type operation. If you're looking for a logbook avoid this at all costs. The company doesn't care about you or your data. All they want is cash. A decent alternative to consider is MCCpilotlog.

Watch out, it will appear to work at first, but after a few sync’s with iCloud and you’ll be missing random registration numbers, crew names missing here and there etc. Complete mess. It’s clear that Coradine did very little testing before releasing this to the public. Avoid! Oh, and that support within 24hours they promise for that big subscription fee, 5 days and still waiting.

Log Ten has a serious problem with data spontaneously disappearing from the logs. I have been a student pilot now for one year, and twice I have had instances where I have spontaneously lost instructor signatures that were signed in and locked into my logbook one day, and then another day all of a sudden they’re just gone. Log Ten has essentially tried to blame me for this, saying that either I didn’t have them signed in the first place or I deleted my own signatures. I have since provided them with evidence that this is not the case, and that they have a problem on their end that they need to address. As a student pilot, it is obviously vital that my signatures stay in my record, otherwise I will not have a complete record in order to get my private pilot license. The nerve-racking situation of wondering from day-to-day whether my signatures from past flights are still going to be there, or indeed what other data may suddenly disappear is unacceptable and needs to stop immediately. All users of this app need to be aware that this is happening, and Log Ten needs to take steps to address this issue and not sweep it under the carpet.
