Manche Angebote sind tatsächlich nicht schlecht . Soll aber nicht heißen das es nur günstige Angebote gibt. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch schlecht , und versucht einen für dumm zu verkaufen . Eine frisch  abgeschlossene Bestellung lässt sich angeblich nicht mehr ändern , dabei sind meine Alternativen Adressdaten bei Zalando Lounge bereits hinterlegt. Bei zalando selbst ebenfalls . Die Frau wollte sich keine Mühen machen und hat mich direkt auf Dhl verwiesen, wo ich übrigens nichts mehr ändern konnte . Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich bewusst angelogen .

Es gibt nicht einmal eine Suchleiste um bestimmte Marken oder Kleidungsstücke zu suchen. Wollte einen neuen Skianzug holen nach 10min hab ich es aufgegeben da ich nicht filtern oder spezifisch nach Skiausrüstung suchen kann.

Würde mir wünschen gerade bei Uhren mit Automatik besser direkt filtern können damit erspart ihr so einigen Leuten Zeit, die ausschließlich nur Automatik Uhren haben wollen Zeit und Aufwand. Dekorationen mehr abstrakter Canvas oder bessere Druckqualität bei Leinwänden von mir aus gerne mehr Farbdichte/Detail. Ansonsten Top App, eine zügigere Lieferung wäre natürlich traumhaft aber hey hier gibts echt gute Angebote von Zeit zu Zeit und ist ne gute Bereicherung für Teilzeit Schnäppchen Jäger ;)

Die App ist sehr komfortabel und intuitiv zu bedienen. Leider erschlägt einem die Fülle an irrelevanten Aktionen.

Schön wäre es, wenn man seine Lieblingsmarken hinterlegen könnte und nur dann rechtzeitig eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail erhält.

PS: ich interessiere mich nicht für Damenkleidung - danke für jede unnötige Benachrichtigung dazu. (Newsletter dauerhaft deswegen deaktiviert.)

Allgemein verliert man schnell das Interesse an der Anwendung, da die Entwickler denken man möchte täglich aufkommende Aktionen prüfen. 1x die Woche aktiviere ich die App, und sehe dann die heutigen und morgigen Aktionen… und natürlich Aktionen fürs andere Geschlecht, die mir herzlich egal sind. (Trotz das man im Reiter Herren ist, sind die bevorstehenden Aktionen ungefiltert!)
