1) You cannot add more cards to the app.
2) There is no possibility to add the lounge key card to apple wallet.
3) You cannot rate the lounges you have visited and warn other travelers to avoid them (like the worst lounge ever I have recently visited in Montreal Canada).
4) There is no statistic how many lounges you have visited during the year.

I used to be fairly happy with the LoungeKey app – easy lounge access, a clean interface, and everything worked as expected. But this latest update is a huge letdown.

Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a message saying: “New feature is ready, create a new account.” Seriously? A “new feature” means deleting my old account and forcing me to register all over again? No warning, no transition process – just start from scratch.

All my saved information, visit history, and linked cards? Gone. This is not an upgrade, it’s a step backward.

Instead of improving the user experience, this update has made it frustrating and inconvenient. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

### ***** "The most ridiculous service of all times"
It never works! If you want to change the bank card, your loungekey account doesn’t accept any new bank card. They will give you a helpline number to call, and they will tell you “available 24/7” but whichever time of day you try the call will drop you with a message saying “number is unavailable, try later”. Even if you delete your loungekey account and you try to create an account with the new card, you still get the error that you already have a card. Whatever you do it will not work. It will work with only one card once and then that’s it, nothing you can change, plus the customer service doesn’t exist. Useless!!!

Overall the app is good and works as expected, just one thing is really confusing - It is not possible to add multiple cards under a single Lounge Key account, so I had to create 3 different accounts for myself. I hope this will be fixed soon!
