Paid for broken features + no support
My wife is on her deathbed. I made an automated channel so our toddlers could see a picture of her every day, even though she is too sick for them to see her in person. Even paid $50 to make it work. Well, it didn’t work. It sends a picture one day, and skips the next. The times are random. For whatever reason a week ago it stopped doing pictures altogether. This was a moment my kids looked forward to every day… And my messages to support are unanswered. I truly truly hate this company for the extra grief they have created for my family and will smash and burn the product if I ever have a free moment.
A subscription?
This is an awesome gift. A great way to let people know you are thinking about them, the thing is… there is a subscription fee if you want to see your old messages and photos. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. It is such a wet blanket to throw on such a simple idea. This is the age we live in. DO NOT PAY THE 50 dollars a year for the subscription. Use your phone that you already pay an arm and a leg for, and send texts, photos and make phone calls.
Absolutely Love
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being able to send love messages to my son. When we can’t be together, this is the best way to let him know how much he is loved and missed. I highly recommend!

Great app
Wanted to love it
Got a pair of love boxes when we started long distance. It is a very sweet concept, and in the beginning we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately even after spending a hefty sum on the boxes, most of the templates are locked behind a subscription paywall (including many that used to be free). There is not even a filter to see only the free options, because they want you to feel pressured to buy a subscription. This is a horrible way to treat customers who have already bought a costly product.
USERS BEWARE! Subscription service is a scam!
I have purchased two loveboxes, and had planned and purchasing more. Upon purchasing the second box I inadvertently checked a box (or didn’t uncheck an automatically checked box) to sign up for their paid subscription service. The very day I saw the charge come through my account; I reached out to the Lovebox team to inform them that I did not want the subscription, and never used any of the services included in the subscription. I immediately canceled the service and asked to be reimbursed the 49.99 fee. Victor basically said too bad, so sad. I had planned on buying more loveboxes for family and friends, as well as recommending them to others. Not anymore. Lovebox your scammy team has ruined my experience with your product.
Latest version keeps crashing
Whenever I try to create a new message, the app crashes and closes.

Best Gift!
I’m a grandmother (GiGi) of 3, and this is by far the gift that keeps on giving. My grands are 3, 2, newborn. The two older ones LOOOOOOVE this box. If I could show you videos my daughter-in-law has sent showing how excited they get when they have been send a message, you would immediately go out and buy these boxes for everyone you love. It’s a sweet way of letting someone know you’re thinking about them. Don’t hesitate.
