We have always enjoyed our holidays but I need to tell you about the absolute shocking accommodation in fuertenvura it was called Castillo beach they should be condemned knocked down  it was disgusting 🤢 it’s called Castillo beach WHY I do not know because it’s nowhere near the beach it s exactly 26 minutes away to the beach  and the pathways if you can call them pathways and roadways  
 You need a torch with you at all times as they are extremely dangerous holes in the so deep if you fell in you’d have a problem getting back out I am not kidding you I have these pictures to prove this and the hotel is filthy the food was disgusting 🥲my bathroom in my own home  is bigger than the so called ALL Inclusive bar how are they getting away with this charging All INCLUSIVE for absolute dirt we’d no cleansers we’d no loo rolls the room we were in was & disgusting the toilet seat was painted the paint was flaking off the walls the shower curtains I’d say there was critters spiders 🕷️ every insect living in the crevices of it I have pictures of everything so please contact me to show your head staff these unbelievable things

I always book which Love Holidays but I have a bit of advice for the staff of Love Holidays when I booked my holiday to Sal. I pacifically asked for a hotel close by the resort. The girl gave me a hotel 15 minutes walk from the resort and the hotel is upper hill. I have a bad back and I can’t be travelling uphill so unfortunately, my hotel wasn’t changed and I have to stay I have a bit of advice for the staff when people ring up to book a holiday for example but I booked my holiday. I know nothing about any of the resorts that’s why I ring direct to get advice about the resort and about the distance and about The Hotel so from now on please, when I ring up for my holiday, give me the proper information so I hope my holiday won’t be room now because I will have to travel up that hill. How many times a day when you get at night so give the right information other than that Love Holidays are a good idea because I can pay for my holiday in whatever way I like thank you. So please get all your information right before people book their holidays people are ringing Love Holidays because they do know nothing about the resort that’s all I say.

Tried to book 3 different holidays tonight all to Portugal. The first hotel quoted 569 until I got to the booking page and they wanted 1159 for the same hotel. The second two told me that they couldn’t book the hotel after I put in all my details. 2.5 hours of my life I’m not getting back
