I would definitely recommend using Uber. It does cost more, but it is a lot more reliable. Drivers and customer support are a lot more respectful. Loyal drivers also always like to charge different prices to get a little bit of extra money out out of you.

Cars are always clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the price. I find it faster and more reliable than Uber.

I love using Loyal. The drivers all have nice clean cars. Are very respectful and nice. I love how easy it is to get a car and quick they are arriving. Great company!!!

Team Loyal is the BEST when it comes to driving me around South-Western, Ontario - primarily in the Niagara Falls area, but Pelham, Welland, Thorold, & St Catharines fairly regularly…even YYZ too!! Thx all Of you who I regularly see, sometimes multiple times a day, you all clearly make life SO much easier AND enjoyable for me. Forever grateful here.

Very patient and polite

My friend told me to use it and I was looking on it and everything and it looks just so shady. I would not trust it just use Uber. Do not do it. It looks super shady and it doesn’t even tell you the price. It just says whoever you’re going it’s $12 and they actually don’t have a terminal. You would have to transfer them or paying cash, especially for women. Do not use this app. Use Uber.
