It doesn’t show my ticket despite me offloading the app and reinstalling several times. LTA support tried to blame me the user. Tennis spectators surely know we must only get up & leave our seats at the players changeover time & never in the middle of a game?? What a crazy idea to have a colour zone on every seat- oh dear- common sense has gone out of the window. I have worked at Devonshire Park & now just a punter -since 1971. Please bring back simplicity & common sense. Once I manage to enter the champs I so look forward to my attendance this week. Only way to access them is via this app - effectively forcing me to install an app I don’t have (many people still don’t have or give up smart phones guys). On the app, no signs of my tickets, so I had to go to another queue and clarify this, only to have them printed.
