I ordered a dress for my nephew’s wedding, back in the beginning September, the dress was a bit tight. So I sent the dress back to Luck and the Sky and that  was way over a month ago! So far it shows that they have not received my return! I’m very upset about this!!

i ordered a dress on sep. 11, my confirmation email said it would ship october 4th, which was already cutting it close to when i needed it. (oct. 12) their website reassured it would be delivered in enough time and ive ordered before with no problems getting a dress on time. after not getting any email confirming my order had been shipped, i sent an email on the 5th. now today on the 9th, they finally responded saying the dress would ship in another 72 HOURS. $65 DOWN THE DRAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

On 9/5/24 I made a purchase for a dress. I realized right after I purchased it. It wouldn’t be here in time so I canceled the order less than two minutes. It is now 9/16/24 and I have tried to contact y’all and every way possible to get my money back and I still haven’t gotten it back. It’s been canceled this entire time since 9/5/24 but still I’m waiting for my money. The dress was $55 and nobody contacts me back. Your chat line that’s on your website says nobody is available every time I try to use it no matter what time of day it is. It’s always unavailable. I want somebody to give me my $55 back. I have told you my order number in so many emails that I have sent which I don’t want to say what it is on here but maybe you’ll read this and somebody will refund my $55. I don’t want store credit. I canceled it less than two minutes and it has said canceled this whole time so please give me my money back for god sakes!! Someone respond to me This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
If you purchase from this place, they will never give you your money back. They are nothing but a fraud. If you do a refund, you only get store credit. But if you cancel an item right away after two minutes, you’ll still be waiting to get your money like I am. So don’t waste your time on this site.

I haven’t ordered a dress yet, but the app is very easy to use. It has different categories for different styles of dresses and the app had videos of other girls wearing/showing off there dresses with the dress there wearing linked if you want to buy it. The dresses are also very affordable 20-60 dollars for each dress! I will write another review when I order and get a dress.

I ordered a dress over a month ago and I haven’t even received a tracking number which means that it hasn’t even gotten shipped yet. I attempted to email them and contact them over the supposed 24/7 chat support but no one ever got back to me and no one is ever online on chat support. If you need your dress in less than 2 months I don’t suggest ordering from Lucy in the Sky.

Ive heard that they take a while to ship so i ordered my homecoming dress 2 MONTHS early just to be safe, I never got any updates till weeks later after countless emails and trying to contact them they were no help what so ever. This was a year ago and till this day i HAVENT received my order a year later. If you want to waist money and not revive the items you bought i would recommend lucy is the sky.

I wish I checked the app before ordering anything. I ordered two dresses in early June, and haven’t received any word on the progress. The dresses were supposed to ship on July 11 and 12. I emailed customer service, and was met with a reply along the lines of “we don’t have this in stock, refund issued”. However, still no word about the other dress I ordered. I checked the website; the dress that was refunded is still up on the website, with shipping as soon as that weekend. Yet my dress was refunded and never delivered for no stock. My other dress is also on the website, stating earliest shipping August 13 (I ordered my dresses June 10). I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and the only response I get is the same cookie cutter “We replied to your messsage.” over and over and over. Really disappointed in this company. I decided to check the app out to see the reviews, which all relate to the same experience I’m having. The styles are all super cute, but I never received anything I ordered so I can’t attest to the quality. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.

Lately I don't know what is going on with this company, but there is no one working in customer service. There used to be a chat that was available 24 hours a day and they would help you. Now every time I enter the chat it tells me that unfortunately there is no one available. So every time there is a problem you have to send an email, but there are always problems, I ordered a dress they never sent it to me, months went by and I never got an answer nor a tracking number of my package I sent email and by the fourth email I got an answer the only thing they did was to give me my money back to order again, but my dress was already sold out. I ordered another dress and a top and the same thing is happening and they have not sent my package I have been waiting two weeks for a tracking number and nothing they give me one and when I ordered it said it would be sent three days later and it has been two weeks.

Overall I was very happy with the dress quality but during the shipping process I was very unsatisfied. I was given no information how long these dresses would take.  Also, I was told that all of my dresses would ship June 25th and 1 out of 3 of the dresses I ordered actually shipped on that date. It is now June 30th and I still have no further updates. I reached out using the email given on the website and what they basically told me is they have no idea when they are going to come and I can order a new dress if I want. The customer service was just horrible in general. I love the quality and I’ve heard of people with good experiences unfortunately I was not one of them. This whole process was very frustrating and I don’t think it was worth my money.

I bought my homecoming dress here and it was not cheap when it came in it was WAY too short and I mean it was showing half my a**. I ordered 2 dresses and only 1 came in the most expensive one NEVER came in and I emailed them and never got a reply or a refund. Save yourself from getting scammed.

Lucy is the Sky has is the WORST. They cannot figure out how to get a dressed mailed to you. We ordered a dress for my daughter for homecoming and it did not come in time, so they offered us ONLY store credit. So we tried again. Knowing they are slow on delivery, we gave ourselves, what I thought, a large window, 2 months. We recently ordered 2 dresses OVER a month ago (May 17) and have still not received the dresses. We contacted them and Lucy is the Sky still has no intention of being able to send the dress until next month (July 19), which is too late for our event. They may have cute dresses in theory, but I am not sure this isn’t a scam to take your money and ONLY offer store credit to keep your money. STAY AWAY!!!
