I’ve tried many different period trackers and cycle syncing apps but found myself so overwhelmed either by the graphics/colors or the overall choices of information to consume. I LOVE how Luna Leaf looks for starters, it’s calming and not juvenile like so many others. I also love that I don’t have to sift worth an album of workouts and choose which one to do — it’s already chosen for me and I can trust it’s there to support me the most that day of my cycle. I HIGHLY recommend this app!

### ***** "All that I was looking for in one place ☺️"
This is SUCH a supportive resource.  While there is (thankfully!) so much new information out there on cycle syncing, I find it so overwhelming. But with this app everything that I need to nourish my body and my mind for each phase of my cycle is right in one place.  I love how inclusive and integrative it is.  The workouts are ‘just right’ for every phase of my cycle.  So so excited this is available for ALL women!

I’ve really enjoyed using this app the past few days. The workouts related to cycles of the month, the meditations and meal plans are really great! I had an issue due to me messing up when registering and it was quickly addressed by the team which is a great touch you don’t get with most of the larger apps out there! I’m excited to keep using it. Also, I did one workout and was expecting it to stop after one round but it kept going through all of the rounds which was amazing and exactly what I need to feel like a personal trainer is in the room with me! Excellent touch!
