Too many glitches
I got logged out of my PT account mid-treatment and I tried to log back in and now it says “login credential error”… impossible to reach anyone in tech support via phone number since there’s no direct line. Also been having errors withdrawing my pay for 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed the error even though the support team said they were addressing it. When I try to end patient sessions it also says “error” and I have to refresh the app.
