The biggest f around ever
I paid for an eSIM and tried to activate it and it wouldn’t activate so I had to call them to try and activate it and they did but the QR code wouldn’t work so I had to ring them again and they said to buy another one and they would do a Sim swap so I did that which added up to $20 and now I’ve had to call them five times in one day and still haven’t received my eSIM or my refund for the extra 10 worst company ever and have too many issues. PS I don’t think they even deserve one star.
I wouldn’t dare to compare anything with finder website anymore
Absolute bias, review it as the absolute top score on this worst service. I was thinking about where I got different opinions after processing different products across categories.
Now I can say it with confidence “That commercial/marketing website has a different opinion from independent reviews”
Bad customer service & bad network
The customer service has been very disappointing. I am not satisfied with your service and would not recommend using Lyca SIM. Overall, it has been a bad experience with both the service and the network.
Terrible
Terrible customer service. I’m now paying for 2 plans I’m not using and they make it impossible to cancel. Emails sent months ago, hours spent chatting to live support and I am still paying for unused plans.

Started new mobile plan with Lyca for the first time, I went to go transfer my old number for my plan submitted no response.. so now I’m stuck with the new number and also can’t even log into the app since every time I type in THE RIGHT PASSWORD they give me through messages it never works so I can’t even log in and check how much data I’m using so it’s impossible to keep track and use this stupid mobile company
Can’t get it going can’t get support
Prices too attractive but there’s nothing useful about the service. Can’t get connected. Can’t get in touch. Phone number offline. Don’t buy.

Trying to sim swap through the app. The app only allows to enter 16 or 19 digit ICCID for the new sim. But the new sim has 20 digit ICCID?
