App and site not working properly
The new app and the new site are not working properly, I can not remove one of my cards from the payment options, the new bundle that I just purchase does not appear in the system, the price for some bundles are different when I get to pay for them then the prices I just clicked on, the previous site was so easy to use and never had a problem with it. And the fact that you can not chat with a real person but instead you need to call or write emails is very inconvinient as well. I am very disappointed on how things work at the moment.
Not good
This app won’t open on my iPhone it keeps crashing please fix this
Information not loading
I just installed the app (v2.3.5) and the Home screen never loads the information as expected. Just a blank page. I reinstalled and the issue persists
App not working in ios
Trying to open the app but no response it always get stuck trying from last 2 days.
It’s not user-friendly
I cannot top-up my sim which I can do it easily with the old app. The new app visual is nice but they should focus more on user experience
No info about internet data left
With this new app you can’t see your internet balance left. I was trying to use the old app but an annoying pop up doesn’t allow me to see the info I need as I’m forced to download the new app. If you can’t see your data/calls/message balance it’s kind of useless
Good but needs improvement
I cannot save a payment card on this app. i need to use the other app. also on latest update my remaining allowance of calls and SMS has disappeared. So when using national S bundle you cannot see in app how much you have left. Again i have to go to other app for this
Quite better
App is better than previous versions, still online payments are big issues for me with Lycamobile
