I moved to a more rural area at the end of 2024, the coverage was and still is none existent as is most rural places on Lyca. Nobody can hear me on a call whatsoever and I can hear them fine?? For this reason I’d purchase a monthly call, text and data package and immediately turn off auto renewal as I didn’t want to commit to staying in hope it would give me the incentive to switch provider. When renewing I notice the price of the same package I had previously had significantly jumped up in price and then the same deal would magically appear after having no active package for a few days. Customer service can’t understand anything, retention team are useless. If you live in a major city, always have auto renewal on and never have to speak to their customer services you may be okay but for me my number gets ported out this week and I won’t be returning.
