New customer only offer says 78% off and was navigated to payment for 5gb data/month plan with $5/mo for 3 months. Total $15.75 for 3 months. Upon payment received order confirmation for $15/mo plan. Have to call customer care and figure out more on this.

Terrible reception, worse than all other carriers. Customer support wait for an hour. Company makes it virtually impossible for you to port out your phone number

Worst cellphone service ever in history, and they don’t want to improve. Everyone is moving out from this service. Don’t join Lycamobile you will be trapped and overcharged

I called five times for my Account and pin number, they did not provide me those just because i am charging the carrier.

Keep a eye on the plan every month. It will get switched to a random plan for no reason

I had the new costumer deal set for 3 months, $12 per month. The only condition was to auto renew every month. First off, activating the SIM took HOURS. LITERALLY 4 HOURS! The service still sucked on my phone when I did have it. And low and behold, after one month they canceled the deal for $12 a month because they couldn’t auto renew it. I was on the phone for about 3 hrs a day for 4 days and they told me that the auto renewal was an issue on their end but I was still no longer eligible. So I decided to switch providers. They made me buy a $15 plan because they said they couldn’t give me the info of transferring without me having a plan, and once I transferred, I requested a refund since I only used the plan for 20 MINUTES. Their site says their team will respond via Email in 48hrs. It’s been 2 weeks, and 4 Emails later and I am still to receive my refund. If I don’t get my refund by the end of next week I’m seriously reporting this company to the Federal communications agency because the stuff their doing is definitely illegal

They took 48 hours to send me the eSIM bar code. The app Doesn’t show my card is saved but they can charge me. Phone support is horrible, they just want you to call later. You can’t read your voicemail on iPhone; you HAVE TO DIAL in.

It’s been a week since I got there sim and it doesn’t work and I have had to call them 5 times a day for the last week because I haven’t been able to make calls with my sim and they still haven’t solved me issue

Don’t use this company, it’s trash company. No people work in this company it’s empty company if your phone lost you will never get your PIN number and lost all the thing you had.

I used lyca mobile for 1 year, the connection is really bad and never had 5. The customer service are really bad. They don’t want to help you. To port out you need to call the customer service and ask for your account number and transfer pin. They will ask you 2 number you call frequently and your personal information also last data plan u paid and last 4 digit card you used.
