I’ve been driving for over a year now on Lyft and I’m still confused as to why people have rated it solo. This app is as amazing as other apps, but with some even better tools and systems in place. The support is caring and sympathetic. There is good earning and the fair cancellations are justified and dynamic even. Lyft is great both for drivers and riders.
Doesn’t matter how much time you give you won’t earn $20 in 8 hours being in busy area as You wont get any rides and the rides you get its on a map before you click on that its gone.
Take three days or four days to receive your pay
Because when using this app as my Lyft driver app was accessed from different provinces in Canada. If there was nobody accessing it then it will be Lyft support staff trying to despatch trips .
I was driving Lyft, just 10 days After 10 days, they mail me that my App driving by someone else, and they deactivate my account. I don’t know how can I prove that? And there is no one to listen you if we contact with team, they ask that my contact is at the risk team. It is a stupid app. Don’t change your job at the behalf of lift. There is no guarantee when they deactivate your account.

I had a customer grabbed my neck from the back and he took the knife to threaten me, and I tried to contact Lyft left, but I couldn't do it. They need to provide us a phone number so that we can call direct if you have any issues.
Not worth
After raising my concern on document rejection and asking for a solution, they simply replied that my document wasn’t approved and closed the chat. Seriously, is this how you treat customers? Worst unsupportive team ever!
