No support if anything happens to you or your vehicle when your driving for Lyft. Most annoying feature - they disable typing to support when you’re moving. You can be the passenger in a vehicle it doesnt matter they auto block you from typing as soon as you start moving. Plenty of ways to respond without texting and driving but they don’t implement text to speech or free will. The fact that this platform and its representatives think its perfectly okay to do a 20 min 8 mile trip for $3 should tell you what kind of money hungry platform this is. I went to the gas station and spent $4 to buy paper and 7 dollars to wash the car, which took two hours to clean. When we contact customer service, we only get $20 for cleaning fees and hypocritical polite words. Do we need your hypocritical polite words when we encounter such a thing? What we need is fair compensation, but every time we contact customer service when we encounter such a thing, we don't get the compensation we deserve.
