Theres no option to select what quality i want to streami guess it auto selects the best quality your connection can handle. Ive got good connection but limited data so i assume its streaming in HD according to the data usage :(. I only buy a 30gb plan a month and find it frustrating that watching these video burns through my data leaving me without any data or having to purchase more. A long time a ago this feature was available but it has dissapeared from both the app and website. Again i will stress that i find this really frustrating and expensive when i have little money. Aside from this i really love this style of yoga and the teaching styles it has helped and helping me recover from injurys other styles were not helping

I absolutely love these online classes, I find the human body fascinating and I learn so much practicing with Lara. If I’m ever asked about online classes this is the app I always recommend. I have also signed up to the 200 online tt so I can share this method with my classes helping anyone and everyone feel lyt up.

Lara Heimann is one of the best yoga teachers and all around movement experts out there. Her knowledge of the body is incredible and I learn so much with every class. I’m always amazed how I feel after her classes. They can be hard but so rewarding!

LYT method has given me a sustainable, guided and informed tool to teaching and to better my self practice / awareness. The interface is easy to use. But has everything I need and more. The only thing I miss compared to the internet interface is the 10 secs fwd / rewind option. If I’m focusing on something and need to keep going back or fwd for whatever reason that really helped. The sound is audible. The clarity in the picture is superb. A real inspiration for me to perhaps start my video collection / library for my students. But more than anything, Lara is reachable, responsive and proactive. I haven’t done my TT yet and hope it will happen in June. In the meantime I get the support via the app and I feel mentored already. Thank you for LYTing up my life 💛💛💛

After practicing yoga for over 23 years, thanks to Lara I have finally found exactly the type of yoga my body needs and I’m really noticing a difference! Thank you so much Lara - you are an inspiration!!

I’ve been doing the classes almost daily for about 4 months now. They are fun and enjoyable and I feel great afterwards (and during!), I also feel that with every class I learn something about my body, and each class builds on itself. I tried all sorts of yoga since I started in January 2017 but Lara’s classes tick all the boxes and more.

Love the app, use it a few times every week. I learn so much about anatomy taking these classes that I feel like I have a whole new outlook on my body, a smarter and more confident outlook, for the better.
