Support actually responded within a day and helped me recover an account I hadn’t signed into for a couple of years. This is still my favorite mobile game ever and almost my favorite MMO at this point as someone who is older and cant commit as much time to games. Free to play is a long, hard journey in this game, but it is definitely viable and extremely rewarding.
It’s all about how much you spend. Cosmetics and power are tied to your credit card.
Everyone joins and leave dungeon party. Almost everyone plays cadena or the demon classes. Impossible to solo any bosses, I’m not even sure what stats are important since cp isn’t but it’s right in front of your face. You can’t sell things until you do quests to get a pass yeah no thanks.
I think many people would get behind the idea that a reboot server would be very enticing. No P2W progression. Just pay for cosmetics and pets, etc. Just look how successful it is on PCMS…
Please bring back new class events. For returning or new players that missed the new class events, it's impossible to obtain pets and chairs. Dev should implement system when if a user create a character for a certain class for the first time, they should be able to do the event without expiration.

Let’s face it great game, brings back so many fond memories. Lots of content and so many hidden gems. But the lack of full controller support from devices like backbone. Would make playing much more optimal! Who doesn’t like handhelds that’s don’t utilize touch screen? Makes jumping easier, attacks, and visuals that much more appealing. Let’s somehow get controller layout in game so I can really grind that exp.
