for 9 months and I have been logging my steps and collecting coins daily.  My step count is high but compared to some other walking apps the pay was really bad so I was logging intermittently.  The app has rapidly improved and is now going in the right direction as there are levels and leagues.  The problem is that you have to get to silver status to get any money out of the game and at Silver you can only withdraw via bank transfer which is on an allocated day.  I logged in at the allocated day and time - NO SLOTS AVAILABLE-  please reach out to me to rectify this as think this and tell me how to get around it.I really appreciate the recent changes but new users please note it’s not that easy to get rewards quickly unless you work out how to get more out of it. It has taken me 10 months of solid walking to get to Silver and I am still unable to cash out can you help?.
