Machi Machi is so slow I will only go there if I can order ahead of time. However, their app only works half the time! I’ve been to multiple locations, and even tried ordering directly from the website. Half the time it works, half the time I get the same error message which is so infuriating, but would be less frustrating if there wasn’t the possibility it could take 45 min to have your drink made. Seriously, hire more people!

Can’t pick regular ice option. Just light ice, no ice or hot.

Never sends me my code to link my phone to the app.
