This is a very helpful app and gives all the available veggies at a super price . No compromise in quality . But now the app is not working

The app has been disabled for more than a week I guess. When can we expect it to get back up? Really need mandi!!

Though the quality of products we get from madras Mandi are excellent the app is very poor. Most of the times it doesn’t even work. It only shows a blank page. Or some error. Please fix it.

There is no help Or assistance to inform you of the order status …the status didn’t get updated in app…no on time delivery…I would need the customer support to reach out me!!!

Any fruit you order is delivered raw. When you wait for it to ripen, it rots instead of ripening. No way to reach Cuatomer Care once the order is delivered.

Very worst customer service doing fake and fraudulent activity’s and the ordered items are not received till now I am just going and file a complaint against madras Mandi shop The ordered items showing one time but it’s not getting delivered they are delaying and taking the money also they are frauds and not responding at the msg All peoples pls don’t use or pls don’t buy anything in this app or store

Earlier you had a lot of salad items ( leaves like Parsley , dill) . Now these are not seen !

I love to order veggies and fruits via Madras Mandi. Excellent service and on-time delivery. Good Customer representatives. Kindly expand your services all over Chennai. Contribution towards farmer is excellent gesture from MM

They can’t deliver the things on time. For example if you opt for next day delivery and choose 8-12 PM slot.. the next day it shows your things packed at 8 AM and on the way. If you check the status at 11 AM it will show your things packed at 11 AM and on the way. Also there will be this message ’Your things will be delayed by 40 minutes’. So you need wait further one hour from the supposed delivery time that is 12 PM. They are fooling people. And in express delivery not all vegetables are available. Why can’t they just tell the truth? I will not order from here and deleting this app.
