It’s terrible to think that one must go through all of this for a purchased item, yet still, get not one reply from any source! If and when I’m contacted back, I would possibly change the rating, as there are many options (or so it states... Who knows, as some I can’t use without purchasing again?!). It’s apparent that a lot of work was put into the app...
