Hard to cancel

I have tried to cancel yet they keep billing me, total scam

I am loving all the choices!

I got this through a groupon deal and I am absolutely loving it. It is all digital and I’m ok with that. There are so many magazines to choose from and something for everyone. I may even branch out to new topics once I have binged on all my favourites. If you like magazines (in digital format) you will love this app

Paid and DID NOT RECEIVE any magazine

Would you feel cheated if you pay Magzter for a subscription (around $80) and did NOT receive any news??! After emails were replied with very vague terms! Magzter made the trap such that it is more Work to get the money back then to just forget it!!! I would be very careful not to get schemed!!!

Not bad but not my cup of tea

It’s a fairly large collection of magazines and it actually has a monthly subscription to view a large amount of magazines. Nice! I just find the app is very lacklustre. Would’ve been nice to have some sort auto download new magazines of a series I follow. Notifications for new magazines I follow. I mean there are notifications but it does not specify what for. There’s no settings unless you just want language, parental, and views. And there’s no text only view. It’s on an iPhone. You kind expect to be able to read it iPhone-style. Not scroll everywhere and pinch everything. All in all, I’d rather pay more to be able to do all this. Which I can. Took me less than an hour of Gold to realize this. Thank god there’s a trial.

Awful app

The app doesn’t appear to work now and will not load magazines. Totally frustrating. Regret ever buying this

Content unavailable even when the annual purchase shown in my account

I have been writing about this issue almost every now and then that I am unable to read the content of “Sukhi Grihokon” magazine even when I paid the annual subscription for it. This time the Magzter team didn’t even address my email to them. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to keep following up on the access to the content where full payment has been made for the year!

Unauthorized charges

Canceled subscription long ago. They went ahead and illegally charged my credit card again without authorization or even providing a receipt. Now they are trying to make me jump through hoops. Never give your credit card info to this company

Absolutely horrible!

What a useless app! They offer a free three month trial and then don’t allow you to access any of the magazines! I tried twice to communicate with them to get help to sort it out and no response! I’ll be trying another magazine app. This one is useless with no customer service!
