Great idea but needs work

The concept of having all your favourite reading magazines in the same place is fabulous. The app is a bit clunky and it takes a while to get an understanding of how it works. It has a lot of reading material. However, there are too many magazines and newspapers that don’t have the latest issue available. Additionally, there are a lot of magazines that I just don’t find interesting. I made an error buying the full year subscription as I cannot get a refund now due to terms and conditions. I strongly advise to get one month first or a week trial to ensure this app has the magazines you want

No response

iPhone 12 pro max iOS 14.2.1. Top part of the app has no response at all. Which are search , back to the magazines, profile icon and settings sign. Please fix it.

Rubbish

If you want mostly magazines that nobody wants to read, or to buy subscriptions for others this might be ideal for you. If not I suggest you save your money

Very poor

Paid for gold subscription , very hard to access, needed help, I use more than one device and have constant trouble, won't recognise my subscription

Was perfect but all of a sudden I can't zoom in enough to read it on my iPhone 4s.

Terrible

Terrible service will go back to zinio. I rather pay more and have magazine on time and able to download them easier.

A very good app for reading newspapers and magazines. Love the experience and the catalog

Useful and erratic

Some publications appear and dissappear at will, everything is downloaded on your device even after you have cleared it, you cannot remove selected publications from your read history, once you have cleared the entire downloads, you are always in a dilemma as to whether your favourite publication would still be available

Shrinking collection

Over the last two years useful publications are reducing. Thereby, subscription amount paid per publication I read has increased so high that I rather subscribe individually to the publications I read. After contacting Magzter, they show an indifferent attitude. Good luck to them.
