Look somewhere else for your business." Just as broken as the previous app they abandoned. Moving too quickly on the app will crash it. If you assign inspections too quickly it will crash. I am able to replicate the crash on the legacy and new versions 100% of the time. Currently I cannot use the inspections function after the last crash; it is stuck on a spinning wheel. Work orders remain stuck due to a bug that greys out the start timer. There is a way to access the desktop version through the app by clicking on the blue hyperlink workorder number in the Unit Turn Dashboard however none of the functions in the hamburger menus work. Submitting inspections (The blue screen with the spinning wheel) with photos in them will take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to indefinitely prompting you to have to close and open the app. Uploading too many images at once will crash the app. Sometimes 12 is too many. Sometimes 20 is too many. The limit was removed from the legacy app but it still crashes the app. It looks like no stress testing went into the development. -- V61577, 2025-09-21 ### ***** "Great App" I use it all the time for work! -- JJ.Cooley, 2025-09-18 [View all Maintenance IQ by Yardi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Maintenance IQ by Yardi - [SMRT Inspection Manager](https://apptail.io/ru/app/smrt-inspection-manager-YiPb/united-states) - [Leonardo247](https://apptail.io/ru/app/leonardo247-wxPb/united-states) - [MaintainIQ for iPhone](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintainiq-for-iphone-Jlfc/united-states) - [InspectCheck](https://apptail.io/ru/app/inspectcheck-LQDc/united-states) - [Apartmentalize 2026](https://apptail.io/ru/app/apartmentalize-2026-MTbd/united-states) - [Due Diligence Inspections](https://apptail.io/ru/app/due-diligence-inspections-Abke/united-states) - [Entech](https://apptail.io/ru/app/entech-VIBh/united-states) - [Emphasys HQS](https://apptail.io/ru/app/emphasys-hqs-yuBj/united-states) - [AppWork - Admin App](https://apptail.io/ru/app/appwork-admin-app-Iglq/united-states) - [Maintenance By EliseAI](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-by-eliseai-wiWw/united-states) ## Maintenance IQ by Yardi Available In - [Соединенные Штаты](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/united-states) - [Канада](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/canada) - [Германия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/germany) - [Нидерланды](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/netherlands) - [Норвегия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/norway) - [Саудовская Аравия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/saudi-arabia) - [Таиланд](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/thailand) - [Чехия](https://apptail.io/ru/app/maintenance-iq-by-yardi-rTxw/czechia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io/ru) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
