Stuck on loading screen after initial sign in. Same problem on iPhone and iPad.

The Mac software is incredible! I have the personal and business plan, and it does everything I need. The iOS app, however, doesn’t work. I can open it and put my login details in, but the only thing it shows after that is: “loading financial details” with a loading circle. It just loads and loads but doesn’t take me into the app.

Found this to be the closest “good” one to make do for decommissioning of Intuit’s Mint. But a long way to go in several areas: 1. Reduced reliance on the Desktop app and make it more mobile / tab friendly. C’mon…. This is 2024. High time already. 2. Support for more Canadian financial institutions. Even with the big banks, no all products sync through, e.g. mortgages. Inter-account money movement works a lot better here than it did Mint. Even setting up Budgets offers more flexibility than Mint did.

I’ve been a Quicken mobile user for many years and the latest version of the mobile app is so slow as to be practically unusable. You need to work on the app performance.

When will you implement hidden categories so that those that are hidden on desktop are also hidden on mobile companion?

It doesn’t work at all. All the account balances are WAY off and I can’t fix it. It just freezes when I try to do the fix.

And no free trial … so i lost my money for a year for something I can’t use. Would give 0 stats if I could. Waste a money since day one.

Tried for a couple of days, the phone entries were missing categories when syncing to MacBook , I fixed that and re-synced and the categories were deleted on the phone! Easier to do the book keeping once! Deleted the app.

I resubscribed and I am baffled how unintuitive and sloppy Quicken is on mobile, web, and desktop for Canadians. Terrible buggy software, what a shame
