I’m surprised that after 2018 my all medical data is out of update.so what’s the benefit to use this app. While it’s been saying or promoting manage my health app from very long time. But there is no purpose to download this app. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻 that’s why NZ’s medical system is extremely poor from health service to record updates.

App is ok for me but there doesn’t seem to be a way to switch to linked accounts like the web version. Would be great if this feature was added so I could make appointments for my kids.

Only just downloaded it today but it does everything really well, I noticed the web version had a tidy up recently too and I think my medical centre is better utilising the features so these factors have all added together to provide a much better experience. It will also be useful for my mother who has just signed up to manage my health and would have struggled with using the web, it is always easier when I can just load an app on her phone.

Is this app dead? All the pages take forever to load and when they do they're blank 99% of the time. Finally a place to enter a code loaded so I entered my activation code, clicked activate and nothing even changed on the screen. It did nothing. I logged out to see if that would help but now I can't log in because entering the password does nothing. Nothing changes on the screen. Now I'm trying the "forgot password" option but it doesn't send the reset password email. Nothing works.

Booked appointment with GP using this app and received appt confirmation as well. However when went to GP, they said appointment info is received by them. They also mentioned, appt booking using this app does not come to them. They said this is known issue and they have already raised with concern team but not action. No point of using this app to book an appointment with GP. I’m not sure about the other features of this app…at least hope those works as expected

After update the apps is so hard to view, seems the apps is hiding the our health results. Very very bad it technician design. Also insted of landscape view turns to be portrait a very bad design. The print is not clear. Even updated version some of the info still not updated. A very lousy IT designer.

I don’t understand how this app can be that bad?! 

Please, someone, show the devs what are UI and UX.

I only have 3 options on the home screen “Health indicators” “Discover Health” and “Resources.” I have logged out and logged in many times and nothing has changed I have also redownloaded the app and its staying the same. I urgently need an appointment but now I have to hope that I can get one through a phone call.

App is ok but the user experience has not been thought through properly 
When writing a note when ordering a script you cannot see what you are writing as the screen is not visible it is hidden by the keyboard
