I paid a month subscription for a project and Manus delivered great results. I then moved back to the free tier as I was not using the service BUT now Stripe continues to try and charge my bank account. Despite the free tier showing in my Manus account page. My next step is to delete my account and move to a different AI service as Manus staff do not respond.

I was excited to try manus 1.5 I signed up for the top plan for the 7 day free trial. I was charged immediately? Manus then proceeded to get stuck in a loop sending me a message every 5 minutes. I did not know how to stop it. Neither did manus. I contacted support. Heard nothing until my credits were all gone. It spent 32000 credits. They refunded me 49. It seems like a cool agent. My experience however has been nothing but unpleasant. I guess good tech != good product. 

It’s not worth my time to have my cries for help fall on deaf ears. I’ll chalk this $320 AUD loss up to a learning experience in vendor selection. If you are still reading and want purchasing advice… run for the hills. Stick to Claude.

I have used manus for 3 months and overall it has been pretty average. The app constantly fails to complete simple tasks and uses all my credits in the process. I have contacted them several times and gave not received any help. I feel there are better platforms out there. The influencers sprouting its virtues and all sponsored.
