MariBank PH (SeaBank)

I’ve been using SeaBank since it was first introduced and have been satisfied until I encountered this issue. I lost my registered SIM card when I moved abroad. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach your team via email and international calls. Sometimes I receive responses, but most of the time, I’m either redirected to different departments or left with no resolution, often until my load runs out. I am unable to reset or recover my account because the ID I used for verification has already expired, and there seems to be no other recovery option available. I’ve already spent over PHP 500 just trying to get in touch, with no clear resolution. I am requesting a concrete solution on how I can recover access to my existing account or at least be provided with an alternative process, given my current situation abroad.

Best digital bank number one for me

Please make your app VoiceOver accessible. It used to be somewhat accessible—not completely, but usable with some workarounds. However, I can no longer type in the amount I want to transfer or enter text in any edit fields within the app. I hope this issue can be resolved. I truly enjoy using SeaBank and wish to continue my banking relationship with you. Please consider improving the accessibility of your banking app. Thank you.

Fast and easy to use when transacting. Used it for savings. So far no issues noted. Been using the app for almost 3 years now

I deposit 15k so I can pay my online bills without additional charges, after 4 transactions it got error message saying that I frequently used the method and that I need to wait 2hrs to make another transaction. It doesn’t make sense, you offer the service for online payment and yet there is restrictions?
